Nick Bersenev
Chris and Nick are the founders of Cancon, established in December 2021. Together they bring a combined 40 years of experience in the local construction market, covering complementary roles across the full project life cycle. Chris' background is rooted in civil field operations - starting as a labourer and working his way up to General Superintendent. Nick began as a labourer as well, then moved into field engineering and progressed through roles in estimating and project management. With a "two bodies, one head" alignment on company vision, they are united in their commitment to exceptional customer service, great value for clients, safety for employees, clients, and the public, and building an environment where employees feel valued, mentored, and equipped to reach their goals in the industry.
