Mercer Village
The Mercer Village project is a 146 unit townhouse development in New Westminster. Cancon's scope includes site grading, site servicing (water, storm and sanitary utilities), roadworks, detailed building excavation and backfills and a new sanitary pump station.
The project is a multi phase construction and Cancon is beginning on phase 3 operations in Q3 of 2026.
