SFU Residence Phase 3
SFU Residence Phase 3 is a new student residence building on the Simon Fraser University Burnaby Campus in Burnaby Mountain. Cancon's scope included bulk excavation, detailed excavation and backfill, slab preparation, site servicing and roadworks.
The project required careful planning, coordination and execution given a sensitive area near and existing daycare and student residence buildings as well as main ring road around SFU campus
