Robson Drainage & Sanitary Improvements
This project involved drainage and sanitary improvements along Robson Avenue in Surrey, BC. Cancon's scope included the installation of new storm and sanitary infrastructure to address aging systems and increase capacity in this growing residential area.
Work was completed within an active neighbourhood setting, requiring careful coordination with residents, the City of Surrey, and underground utility owners. Traffic management was maintained throughout to minimize disruption to the community.
The project included open-cut trenching, new manhole construction, pipe installation, service lateral connections, and complete surface restoration. All work was completed to City of Surrey standards and delivered on schedule.
