St. George's School
The St. George's School project involved significant civil infrastructure upgrades in support of a new school facility in Vancouver. Cancon's scope included site grading, storm and sanitary sewer installation, water service upgrades, and full site servicing to connect the new building to the surrounding municipal network.
The project was completed within a highly constrained urban environment, requiring careful planning around existing utilities, tight property lines, and active school operations. Cancon worked closely with the project team to phase construction and minimize disruption.
All civil scope was completed to City of Vancouver standards and within the required project schedule, contributing to the successful delivery of this important community facility.
