236 Street Watermain
This project involved the installation of a high pressure watermain along 236 Street in Maple Ridge, BC, as part of the City of Maple Ridge's ongoing infrastructure renewal program. Cancon was engaged to complete the full civil scope, including trench excavation, pipe installation, service connections, and surface restoration.
The work was completed within an active roadway corridor, requiring careful traffic management planning and coordination with the City to minimize impact on residents and businesses. Cancon implemented a phased construction approach to maintain traffic flow throughout the project.
All surface restoration was completed to City standards, including asphalt reinstatement and boulevard restoration. The project was delivered on schedule and within budget, maintaining positive relations with all stakeholders throughout construction.
